90 day journey didn't solve erectile dysfunction

t has been 90 days since I watched a porn video, masturbated or had an orgasm. It was not easy and I could have done better. One day I read some fictional incest stories.

After 45 days went by my erectile dysfunction had not improved a bit so I started using a vacuum pump about every other day, but no cock ring. Using vacuum to get the penis to extend seems to help me psychologically. I think we are disappointed when our body house isn’t able to get or maintain an erection like it used to be able to do. Filling the penis for 15 minutes with blood did cause my penis to retain some of the blood throughout the rest of the day, not stiff enough for penetration, but it is noticeably fuller than before.

At about 45 days I also started doing kegel exercises. I know the muscles are stronger as I can feel the difference, but it has not helped getting or maintaining an erection.

After using the vacuum pump I used the jelly on my nipples. Both nipples are more sensitive than my penis now and did stiffen up. My self stimulation switched from the penis with orgasm to just nipple rubbing. I miss being physically touched by a lover and believe that we are creatures of habit. Our body houses get used to something and then rebel when they don’t get it. I see myself as switching from one habit to another.

Eating oysters used to help me get an erection, but it didn’t do the trick the last time I ate them. I have never tried any prescription medication for erectile dysfunction.

I don’t intend on extending the 90 day goal. I accomplished what I wanted to in most ways. If I would not have read the incest stories one day and made a habit of stimulating my nipples I would feel more of a sense of accomplishment. I think it is important to try to master ourselves and in some ways I did.

I’m grateful for nofap.com for being able to share my experience and be inspired by others and their experiences. Feel free to comment or offer suggestions for correcting erectile dysfunction.

Thank you, that is the information I needed. I have had my testosterone tested and was told that it was in range, but I have not been to a urologist.

Dude, PIED can take far longer than 45 or even 90 days to solve. I would say not give up and keep going, or even switching to "hard mode" and just push forward.

  4. There are many, many physiological factors that could lead to ED. In my understanding testosterone deficiency is very rare. Main things to rule out :
    . Cardiovuscular disease
    . High blood pressure
    . Diabetes
. Other hormonal dysfunction (there are many other sexual hormones)
. Mental disorders (e.g. Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ...)

Are you sure that your ED was from porn use? I'm also fit and healthy and have had many checks. Everything normal. I'm convinced that my low desire and libido with a real woman was caused by porn

As well as looking into a western doctor, I would definitely suggest seeing a chinese doctor who practices acupuncture and chinese herbs. This can be very helpful with these kinds of issues. I’m in school right now and have learned a lot about this sort of thing. I definitely think there is hope. Dont give up on your nofap journey though. You’ve done so well! I would say keep going because 90 days can be the time when you really begin to deal with a lot of psychological issues that might be holding you back.

Bro for some people it takes longer to cure than just 90 days. For example Game Deem it took him 9 months to be fully cured. He said that after 6 months he saw glimurce of hope. My experience is that after 90 days i wasn't fully cured but i noticed many positive changes like my morning wood was consistent, not hard enough but i was experiencing MW for like 14 days in a row. Mamy guys talk abouy 90 days as a period of time that we should probably be cured, but it is not like that. For someone it takes longer and for someone shorter period of time. It's individual process. Wish you luck

    Dude don't PMO no more.
Atleast you know that's an issue to solve.

  12. tl;dr

I looked at the title of your post. I think there's something you should do:

When lying down, relax all your muscles and only think about the good things you wish for yourself.

I think this is how my hair became better. I still have some empty places on my scalp, but my hair is different from before in a good way.

I think this makes sense.. A lot of ED is caused from our way of thinking more than actual physical problems and part of that pattern of thinking is from porn....it definitely can take a long time to get out of our patterns and habits and forget the ones we used to use on a daily basis or in times of need or distress that come automatically with those types of feelings. So 200 days or even a year or two seems like it would be a reasonable amount of time to really change that old way of thinking and replace it with a healthier way.

  16. I hope you get better my friend. I myself agree with CC88 and getting to a doctor about the problem if no PMO has no significant effect at all. I'm not going to resort to this but something tells me you may possibly be damaged, but don't take my word for this.

Have you tried penis exercises at all? I have done them in the past and they help increase blood flow and loosin up ligaments in the shaft of the penis. One work out every other day usually helps. I saw great improvement and it has helped. I was in a relationship at the time and even she noticed. I did abs on the side to and the exercises helped keep the member stiff.

Anyway I hope this helps give you some advice my friend.

Are you rewiring and trying to get erections with real women, or just using suction pumps and masturbation?
