    Dear ladies and gentlemen, please forgive this arrogant, addicted and morally questionable fellow of yours. I have failed you.

    With all my honesty, I should have resetted the counter 2 days ago and today I relapsed but here we are anyway. The reason is only my pure arrogance, my pitiful mind tricking me into believing that I can stand looking at pictures on social media and spending considerable time doing so. I am aware of my weakness and my failure. Nevertheless I know the causes as well. As always I will eliminate the roots of them.

    From now on at least for a month long, I will not be using any social media except absolout necessary (which I dont think will be), I also am quitting Netflix as a punishment after posting this I will be deleting the apps. I may have add further restrictions but I've not decided yet.

    My humblest apologies fellow friends, good evening.

    Edit: Hahahah I have a delightful idea, unless I reach day 30 there is no social media.
    I decided to add sugar as well :)

    Good morning my brothers and sisters, i slide again yesterday. i was just too weak to boost myself and honestly pmo seemed the best way to spend the afternoon. so it was not a mistake, i did it on purpose. no remorse and no regrets. now i feel i´m ready to begin. the first relapse 2 days ago was the turning point, i know what mistake i made and how to prevent it.

    I´m ready to embark on this journey once again. Let´s do this!!! :)
