Arousal

    I'm rebooting and off PMO but periodically, well, there's arousal and I'm not sure what to do. 3 examples that concern me:
    1. Morning wood lasts longer lately than it used to and its sensitive so I have to wait (like having pins and needles) until it calms down
    2. Some youtube ads showed up with good looking people that caused arousal
    3. Friction from clothes or exercise, even a little can set things off
    How do I avoid arousal because it's really hard to prevent an accident with this kind of sensitivity level. Any help/ideas?
     
  2. Cold shower in the morning with the morning wood and maybe the nerve sensitivity. It might take a few days to settle down the sensations.

    Ow I hate cold showers, I'm a skinny guy so am usually already cold to start haha. Thanks for the tip, I'll try it out tomorrow morning!

    Avoid arousal by not putting yourself in known occasions of temptation and averting your eyes when external temptations are unexpectedly presented.

  7. Depends on what you really Need, personnaly I only use Messenger to chat with my classmates. Concerning YouTube ans Instagram, they are the most dangerous... they are full of adds

    Insta is really no good. I deleted mine and am off youtube. Hoping that helps with things. Now it's really #1 and #3 that are the challenges that remain.

    I'm trying, believe me. I wasn't expecting an increase in sensitivity tbh.

  12. Try breathing exercises when you get aroused, take in a long breath, and then release slowly, repeat for some time. Your heart rate would come back to normal and it will become easier for you to abstain from doing anything.

    This + cold shower helped this morning but it's not the greatest feeling to shut the switch off like that lol
