You have a golden opportunity to make a bright future for a child soon. That should be your motivation. I am in the medical field and will throw out some helpful suggestions but can't diagnose you as I am not a Nurse Practitioner. I would say that many find quick cold showers to be helpful. Stay off the caffeine, alcohol or anything else that's a stimulating chemical. I'm on water, occasionally a lemonade and non alcoholic beer. Some resistance bands,walking,etc would be good too. Watch some hunting and fishing shows. Get that masculine mentality thing going too. Spend time with wife. She's the mother of your child. Try finding a faith,higher power, meditation too. I got rid of my computer and if you use one for home just put a piece of tape on it with the words Work Computer so it mentally reminds you it's for work and your not downloading titty titty bang bang. You can do this!! You don't need it as apparently your having sex with a real person. Don't mess up what you have going on man!! Face the reality ,deal with the facts and accept your place in the world and make a lasting impression on your family that you can be proud of. Jam time....
