If you're addicted enough, watching those YT interviews could definitely lead to a relapse. I would stop it immediately. Instead try watching normal people, girls, interacting, talking about stuff etc. Anything that would lead you to gaining more attraction towards reality is 1+.

 

It’s a bit risky for sure. You may have never heard of this star and wonder what her movies were like. You take a mental note of her name and next time boom you have a search term to enter in whatever explicit website.

I agree with other guys here porn star interviews are risky...you immediately fantasize i find like you see a new girl think she's attractive then you're off checking out a scene of hers
