    I'll like to thank you guys helping me quit porn by removing the source I blocked all websites with a made up password, I havent watched porn in 2 weeks because of it. But I haven't ston maturbation tho. If you guys have any tips advice or tricks please let me know and thanks.

    Why do you want to stop M entirely? This forum is not about totally quitting M. It is stated clearly that M can be part of your lifestyle as long as you're not addicted. I agree with that.

    I never denied that, only want to ask what his reasons are for wanting to abstain completely. If M is compulsive, this is a good idea. If not, he might want to be openminded on this issue as, indeed, each can make up their own mind.
