Hello, I want to take on the 100 day Spartan Challenge! This is Day 0 for me. I will log everyday, and my favourite quote from 300 which inspires me to do this is:

How have you accomplished going that far. Any advice?

 

It all about your mentality then spirituality. Meaning you have to make the decision, know how to control the urges like fasting, cold shower etc and should know the causes for pmo and of course the first week are the hardest.Pray to god. Wish you luck
