You relapse only when you fap, otherwise not. And I'd suggest you not to see all these kind of photos, they will only push your mind to fap. Best wishes.

 

I would say you relapse if are not in line with your goals. Viewing pornography without masturbation is still extremely damaging. If you goal is to stop M, then it may not be a relapse. If you goal is no P or M, then I would say it is a relapse.

There is nothing wrong with admitting that you relapses. You should be mush more concerned with justifying a relapse by not calling it one. When we justify our relapses without calling it what it is it will lead to greater pain.
