Is nofap linked to bowels?

    So I’m on day 57 of hard mode, and for the whole time I’ve had awful bowels. Every toilet trip is pretty unpleasant. Never had this before in my life.

    Could this linked to me abstaining from PMO?

    It's likely caused by the stress/anxiety of quitting.

    This is a common withdrawal symptom amongst all addictions as the stress/anxiety response of the body will dump a bunch of acid into the stomach causing unpleasant bowels. Antacids work pretty well to control this or if you are more homeopathic Manuka Honey UMF 15+ would also help, although not as fast or as well as the antacids.

    Probably i am into week 3 and my stomach is disturbed like a new pet. I will wait till it goes to normal or get checked for allergies

    Yeah that happened to me especially the constant constipation and bowel issues. The body is in fight and flight mode in the reboot process and caused a bunch of symptoms such as yours.
    It's all part of the process....
    Meanwhile you can eat foods that will ease your bowel movement.

    Yeah, I have been having a really upset stomach too. I think it’s coming from anxiety for me.
