What does it feel like to be 30+ days without PMO?

    Personally, I haven't gone more than about two weeks without PMO. Even the two weeks was unintentional, due to the nature of my job at the time. I remember feeling the incredible raw energy within me. I was thinking about women constantly. What does it feel like to go even beyond this, to 30+ days of no PMO?

    It feels awfully normal sometimes. You'll feel so chill at times that you'd get suspicious and let your guard down with some thoughts like "it's been x amount of days, so I can peek. I got this"
    Just don't fall for any of it and simply say no

    Day 33 first hard-core reboot, no porn no masturbation no sex or foreplay, its not easy in anyway shape or form but just starting to work it out and starting to feel good about whare i am today
    Just take it day to day my friend

    At 30 days you get more confidence in general but the urges are still quite strong and you have to be careful, i believe big changes only come in terms of resisting urges at day 100 or so on, depends a lot on the person addiction and historical

    In my experience, 2 weeks and 4 weeks are very similar, with maybe 2 exceptions:

    1. There's more baseline energy, everything from posture to voice projection and daily routines just becomes easier. People seem to pick up on this energy, and I think this is where the phenomena of attraction comes from. Guys want to be your friend, girls smile at you, in short you become a more productive human.

    2. However, the time between any sexual activity can start playing on your mind. So much of that energy, extra attention from people, and a lack of sexual activity, can make urges stronger.

    That's a pattern for me at least. But in order to get there and go beyond, I have noted 2 things that can help.

    a) Near-daily exercise. In short, putting the excess energy to use, so that it doesn't get pent up and turn to excess sexual energy.

    and b) Taking more actions in daily life. Do that project. Finish that assignment. Talk to that girl that just smiled at you. The more we live in the real world, the less we want a distraction away from it.

    Im at a point now where I dont even think about fapping. I have an urge maybe once a week to fap. These days I have better things to do. I could fap, have a shit sleep and feel less than ordinary the next day or I could spend an extra 10 minutes reading my book (I used to bat before bed, now I read) and feel normal the next day. Now whenever I get horny I wanna fuck, not masturbate. The raw energy and confidence you feel is a baseline for me. I have nothing to be ashamed of, I have gained a lot of confidence (not just due to nofap, but its a lot easier to be confident knowing you didnt get yourself off the some weird shit the night before). I feel alert and rested every day.

    It used to feel amazing getting 14 day+ streaks, since you are so used to feeling shitty and groggy all the time that feeling normal feels great compared to it. Now I am just used to it.
