    Today was day 1. It was pretty easy, one of the easiest day ones ive had. I still had some luges but I controlled them. The deep reason I wanted to do it today, was because I was bored and procrastinating and wanted some dopamine to fulfill me, but we all know it just ruins us. so Day 1
