    Hi all hope you are well

    I am 20 years old and I started NoFap to make my life better and to make me stronger at the gym, and around the 3 week-5 week mark my hair would start falling out excessively and it makes my hairline recede. i was wondering how long it takes for the hair loss to stop from the hormonal imbalances caused from the change in your body because the excessive hair loss is freaking me out like crazy, and in the past i purposely pulled the plug on NoFap just to stop the hair loss :(

    My husband had the opposite effect. He grew more hair. Mostly his chest.

    Hair loss, you call it, is a normal fenomem when when your hormonal balance is restarting, so ur hair are regrowing aswell, but in more quality way ofcourse.

    I wish i knew this because i pulled the plug twice on nofap because I was so scared, my hair line has never been this bad in my life and it has happened only in the past few months when I was on NoFap, do you have any idea of in how long this hair fall will stop, I am an extremely healthy person and exercise and run

    There are natural supplements you can take to counter act this. Look into nettle root, I believe it can help block the hormone DHT which causes hair loss.
