Morning wood?

    been on a 125+ day streak away from mastrubating and porn.
    I only got morning wood two to three times during that period, should i be worried?

    I was addicted for well over 10 years

    Talk to your doctor (urologist) and get your testosterone level checked. you should be having regular morning woods everyday.

    Check your diet too. It has an effect on your morning woods.

    Give it time. They will come back. Many says that no pmo/flatline does not affect morning wood but yes it does.

    Also, if you have any mental isssues such as even mild anxiety may effect your morning wood.

    I have experienced this.

    But make sure you don't have anything going on on your body. Talk to doctor.

    It will come back asumming youre not an old man. If you are then get your test levels check by the doc and if its low go from there with a doctors orders. If you are young it should be almost every morning.

    That being said ive found that if I wake up via alarm and get out of be early like 5am i dont get it but if I wake up naturally I do. Dont worry about it too much.

    I think we put too much emphasis on this just let your body do it’s thing. and work on sexual contact with real females during the day and night if possible. Your brain still has to rewire to the fact that it’s attracted to real women more than anything else, i believe this will help for sure as it’s apart of the body’s natural function. If you aren’t exercising sexual/intimate moments with real women then to me at least i believe that would make the transition a lil slower. I say this bc that was my goal (getting erections during sexual and intimate moments) i believe when your brain is functioning in this capacity and away from porn it’ll aid in returning to its natural instinctive state (real-women, nocturnal emissions, morning wood, etc). My morning wood recently was really well. I’m not sure if i get them every morning but i try not to think abt it and stay hopeful that it happened several times while i was sleeping. I finally got brave enough and recently got a gf after being on and off small streaks for about a year now and i believe she’s helping the process, I’ve had a lot of improvements since that angel came in my life

    UPDATE: Past week I've been getting overnight and morning erections! So fingers crossed, I'm getting there boysss.

    Congrats bro!

    I'm currently on day 127 and my consistent morning wood didn't start for me until Day 94 where I had a nocturnal erection. Even then, its not every single day and can be weak at times. The point is it can take a while for morning wood to occur for some of us, and even longer for it to be consistent.
