I agree with you. Edging is the same as PMO (I believe it's worse) and counts as a relapse. Everyone has their own standard for a 'reset' or 'relapse'. I just found whenever I edged it would lead to me releasing my nut. I applaud you for not releasing after edging.

 

I agree edging is the worse than pmo itself. The problem is a lot of guys do semen retention and think it's okay to have a tug without releasing.

 

I'm coming up to day 3.

I've added blockers to my phone, deleted my 2nd Instagram account which wasn't safe and I also downloaded a screen time app which I limited my daily phone use.

I appreciate everyone's support that is given daily and to share each others opinions.

I'm still on the road, been 2 weeks already. Maybe another 2 to go. (If you don't know my back story check my Journal thread) Can be really lonely at times, especially living in a country that doesn't speak much English.

Day 8, had a dream last night that I've relapsed. when I woke up and realized that it was a dream, I felt relieved and happy lol

Few days back I had the same dream and the first 1 minute in the morning was wasted on the thought that I had relapsed.

I relapsed

 

Relapsed again yesterday! This weekly relapse cycle is really starting to get to me. I'm rather worried that I'll never be rid of this addiction. However, I'm back on my feet, trying again!

 

so funny how we all share that problem haha, had this too tonight, it was so real and my dream-self even started to make up excuses I was so done with myself and sooo relieved when I woke up

Doing the work online multiplies the possibilities to finally watching P. Tonight I had a bad dream with P. Now I think that I must put order in my life with these new circunstances.

St. Agnes of Rome, pray for us, to get the grace to get free of PMO.

 

Day 109. Slogging through. Fighting through some resentment and hurt feelings.

Didn't check in yesterday, because I simply couldn't find the time. I had an important day which I had to focus myself on. Everything went great!
