I have just relapsed after 40+ streak -> time to be responsible and start right away, no binging.
My rules are hard mode.
No edging is permitted -> okay only tiny tiny edging and only one and done type -> like 10sec in the morning -> nothing more
Sexual images frobidden, checking instagram for hot pics, bikini pics
