I'm back at Day 0. I keep relapsing and it's hard to gain momentum.

It shouldn’t be this difficult.
Now I’m very much convinced I really need this.

actually I’ve been convinced for a while now

I didn’t want to post again that I’m back to zero, but I think it’s important that I do. I’m sure I won’t have to do it again and tomorrow will be a winning day.
