Yeah man, totally. I was like demotivated for a moment. But after realization I smiled in relief. One has to go through that personally to fully understand that scary feeling like you and I did.

 

wow I guess this thing is more frequent in the 1st couple of weeks since we would think about not relapsing a lot during this phase and it triggers our thoughts in an opposite way in our dreams.

 

That's very unfortunate, you had such a good streak going too. It happens to everyone at least once though. It matters what your actions are after you relapse: are you going to be sad and give up or are you going to be wiser, correct the things that went wrong and quit porn for good with us by your side. You can do this and we will be here for you!

 

I failed tree days in a row. Sorry my brothers!

 

This might actually be the exact reason why it happens. It happens to me aswell. Just like @Thedaveisdead said, it's a pretty scary thing. It's crazy how dreams can feel so real too. It's something you can't do anything about so I just try to see it as a sign of recovery.

4 days clean.
These first few day after a relapse are hardest. Just focus on each day.

 

Latest update: Day 90 - Reached the Black Gate of Mordor. Power and wisdom run through the veins, a servant of the Secret Fire, Wielder of The Flame of Anor, a Grey Wizard.

 

Absolutely dude, the first three weeks are torture but after you get through it starts getting easier, I'm guessing that you have starting working out with the six pack in 30 days app haven't you?
