    Hi All,
This is my first post here. I started the nofap hard mode 7 days ago. But I felt an almost uncontrollable urge to watch porn today, and I relapsed.
I've always known this was gonna be a little difficult, but I keep reminding myself of the long term benefits and goals I wanna get. A little demotivated, but still wanting to go strong.

    Good,

It's nice to remind yourself everytime that you'll experience benefits(that you'll certainly will :D) but start doing something like a distraction or meditation, to help make you more mindful of your surrondings. Or maybe start your own gym session inside your house: like 20 sit-ups a day, 23 push-ups a day(the list can go on, depending on what you wan't to do).

Practice doing this and you'll definitely proceed with more number of days abstaining pmo, but let the numbers make you excited. Actually starting improving yourself to like be a better version of yourself or be a better person. By doing this, you'd actually be free from pmo and start respecting women.

    Start making life styles bro!

Thanks for your motivation and your kind words Jarad999! I've decided to stay strong, and will definitely get through this! I feel I'm in this with so many like minded people.

I do exercise regularly, and am pretty fit. But meditating is something I definitely wanna inculcate in my lifestyle. And thanks again for the tips bro. Really appreciate it :)
    Cheers!

Be careful with your internet and device usage. We always relapse because of content viewed on a digital screen. Be wary of the time you spend looking at your phone and computer.

Only use devices for professional and productive purposes. The more you allow yourself to use devices for recreation, the easier it becomes to justify relapsing behavior.

Remind yourself that technology is a tool to improve your access to information and to be more productive. It isn't here to entertain you or bring meaning to your life. Don't rely on digital screens to cure your boredom.

You need to have healthy outlets to cure boredom that are offline and inter-personal (social). Don't jump to your computer, TV, video games or phone when you are bored. That's the lowest effort, bare minimum standard of being. Be better than that. Think outside the box. What else could you be doing instead of staring at this screen? Ask yourself that question and make it a habit to replace sceentime (which is the precursor to relapse) with other artistic, physical and intellectual activities.
