Reward Mechanisms - How do you all reward yourself?

The results of my work is the reward.

 

It's always easy when what you do is very concrete like finishing a project, but it's harder when it's abstract like fx finally managing to talk to a stranger when waiting in line even if it's awkward as hell. I don't have a structured system, but when I realize I've done accomplished something or done something challenging, I compliment myself, look back at the person I was before I did it, and tell myself I am now better. Something like that.

 

when you practice playing the guitar... when it sounds like music... isnt that rewarding? its so motivating and want you perfect it more
