    Hello NoFap fam , I’m just going to get to the point, I get fully erect when I get blowjobs or handjobs but every time I try to get in, my dick goes down . I thought maybe I’m gay but it happens with men too. I believe it has something to do with porn / the way I watch it . I usually beat off on my back same type of grip majority of the time . Today is my first day back to Nofap , do you think I’ll be able to penetrate? I also believe it could be performance anxiety . Has anyone been through this ?

    it doesn't matter what others think..what all matters is whether u believe in nofap or not..completely trust on what u do and be always confident..for me social anxiety was the main problem due to pmo and i completed 1 yr nofap challenge and still going on..in this 1yr i experience a wonderful change in my life..my perspective about world and relationships are changing and i'm becoming positive

    Classic PIED. Stick w nofap and it’ll be cured on its own. I have the same issue. There was a time when even during m I couldn’t keep it up. The moment I stopped stimulating it with my hand it would go down in a few seconds. Now after cutting pmo out, my boners have become stronger and they last longer too...
