Starting my NoFap journey, I want to change.

Hi everyone,
I'm happy to be here, I'm happy because I tried many times to overcome my addiction but I never succeed and by being a part of the community I feel like I'm fully committing to this, and this time, I'm taking this journey in a more serious way because I need help.

I am 19 years old and I'm on the long road of my personal journey, I want to have success in my life, I want to be the best version of myself.
I'm currently quitting everything that is toxic in my life, like bad habits (excessive porn usage and masturbation being one), toxic people, I'm also planning to start travelling, I want to experience life at the best.

Also, I found that exercising, meditation and eating healthy food really helped me to start this journey, I know it's possible, I know that I needed that, so now...
