I'm proud of all you guys who are trying to do this challenge and with patience, we will reach a whole month with no relapses. Take it one day at a time. Do not think about tomorrow or what will happen in a week, focus only on today. It will be a tough, yet interesting challenge and it is important to tackle it step by step.

Whoever owns a smartphone, you might want to join the kik or whatsapp groups, for faster responses. I'll do my best to be active on this topic. Keep yourselves busy with activities and if any urge appears, either use this thread to talk about it or your app, or even message one of the participants in this challenge. Good luck!

Day 2 has started for me pretty decent. I woke up earlier, no urges whatsoever and I'm gonna focus on other things, to avoid even thinking about relapsing. I'll go and clean my browsing history right now and take care of some tasks for today. Keep in touch, fellas!

As much as it hurts and as much as you want to relapse, do your best to avoid it. Either focus on something else immediately or use the power of no and move on. The urges are powerful in the beginning, but if you actually focus on fighting them and saying no, they'll easily fade away.
    Welcome aboard and good luck!

Day 1 down for the count. Woke up really aroused about 20 minutes ago, but I just read some articles on IGN and browsed my emails and it went away on it's own, which makes me proud of myself. This shows me that I can do it, and proves that there are no excuses for relapsing. No more being weak, no more excuses, and no more unhappiness.

The easiest way to avoid the possibility of relapsing is to do something to distract yourself. Play a game, read a book, take a walk. I like to write, clean, watch a movie, or read articles online (from my phone, because I hate watching porn on my phone so I know I won't be tempted to do so on it) and other things. I'm also aiming to take up some new hobbies, which I highly suggest for everyone even if it's just one.

And, when things get hard, just always remember why you're doing this and what your goal is. Or, turn to this thread :)

Woke up this morning with some intense urges but I kept my eyes shut and got through it. I noticed this morning that Instagram may be a problem for me as I follow some girls I am very attracted to. Do you think I should get rid of it or keep it and work on myself to not objectify every image I see?

So far it's been extremely hard. The woman next to my cubicle wears expensive fruity perfume and she wears very tight business skirt and blouse. Sometimes I think God is testing me.

Your strong enough for the challenge. You would not be so attracted if you realised how much trouble she would bring to you! She is a poison pill. Watch how your relationship will change as you continue on NoFap that will be cool. She probably has a load of sweaty worms under that skirt ready to mess your life up. Yuck. I hate Umpa Lumpas (Charlie Chocolate Factory). Today has been good for me.

Very triggered today, white knuckling a bit, but making it through. What has helped me:
    1. No isolating to use the computer or mobile phone by myself
    2. Looking at women at eye level only. No body scanning.
    3. Returning back here and reading inspiring posts.
    4. Spending time with kids.
