    I'm in!

    Hey everyone I'm Matt and I'm 18 years old.
    I've been exposed to porn at a young age and as the years progressed I realized that I'm actually addicted to porn and how much it's putting me down.
    I want to change things for the better because I know I can be so much better than what I am right now.

    My goals:

    More focus on my passions because I can feel that porn is wasting my time,
    Be more confident,
    Fully live life,
    and I don't want to see women as a sexual object but more like a human being

    Currently I'm at day 1.

    I'm ready to change.

    I have been trying to give up porn for a number of years and now finally it seems like i am making progress.
    What i like most about your group is that the focus is not just on giving up porn but also on building other good habits that will sustain the no pmo behaviour in the long term.

    @purplebat14 is it okay if I join?

    Glad to say I passed my spoken exam today!!
    The eye contact, confidence and focus clearly made me more likeable and convincing and helped against the nervousness that one experiences before and in such a situation.

    You are also very welcome to write all kinds of motivating commentarys and act as if you would be the strongest viking on earth, even if you just joined the challenge. Acting so will convice the mind that you are really the strongest viking on earth!

    Started wiping briefly in the answer block in Tinder, but then I remembered that it is forbidden and I blocked it immediately. As soon as I think that something is forbidden, I have to stop immediately and take measures to evaluate the goal as reached. With PMO, every second counts, of course, but with social media it's more feasible because I can't block it completely.
    Today I'm late in bed, took too long for everything, but no major bum moments, so it was ncoh ok. Tomorrow it has to be 21:00, otherwise it is a FAil.
