    Welcome Back @RiseToGreatness Good to see you are doing better. Just remember how far you have come, and that you know you are capable of making 150+ days as you have already done it. Also, I am an Uruk-Hai now on Day 8 almost Day 9.

    Hello @Julito , the question you have got to ask yourself is, “What is the common denominator in my relapses. Obviously you have relapsed several times this month, so what is particularly hard about this month. Is family life okay? How about work life? What are you doing to keep your stress levels down, and are you getting enough sleep? What is going on in your personal life that you are struggling to manage your porn use? I don’t have the answers, but if you can mitigate the stress in your life and set up a prevention plan, you may be able to get out of this.

    I´m having in these last days bad nights: I get up earlier with a little sensation of nervous that I can´t find it source, and I have P dreams where I´m continually tempted.

    Day 14, I've been doing cold baths and rope jumping since day 1 and started doing some exercises last week but haven't given a chance to try Meditation. I think that was the reason for strong urges. I shall start doing meditation from tomorrow.

    Something crazy happened yesterday evening, I listened to some epic motivational music and got emotional by remembering how far I've come to improve myself. I cried.

    I never thought I'd cry like that. I'm not even embarrassed to admit it because it felt good after crying, urges were gone and felt relief. Actually crying once in a while is good it seems. So, from my personal experience I can say that one can use music to let out some pressure due to strong urges. The magic works only when you do it in your most dearer times that is when it is needed the most.

    Got out 6:00 to go for a morning run.Feeling pretty good about myself because of that.Otherwise a pretty chill day.Almost an Uruk hai!!

    Saw some not so suitable images last night on my phone and I quickly put the phone down. I knew if I kept looking I would have probably fell of the path or come close to it.

    Seriously, don´t give up. In this fight victory is only achieve trough perseverance.

    If you are used to a daily PMO, to have regular sexual fantasies, to look directly at some parts of a girl´s body*, etc. then you can´t change that in one day. First try to stay sober for a week, and same the next week, until you get stabalize to this step. Then try two weeks, a full month, a month and a half, three months... the longer you hold out, the easier it will be to hold out a little longer next time. And during this time, you have to worry more about regressing to a lower level than having relapsed. Because you are going to have many more relapses, but increasingly more distant in time and less tied to the addiction to P. It is like digging a trench to the enemy fortress: you advance and settle the conquest, then you can fight for the next few meters. So until you get to the castle.

    And remember that this fight it´s not only getting rid of PMO specifically, it´s about improving your life. Cause you could fall to M, but it is due to being to many time in the bathroom with a mobile and touching your parts while you consent bad toughts, for example. This addiction is not isolated within our lives, but rather affects ourselves and everything around us a lot.

    Stay strong, my fellow! And since we are in the challenge of the Lord of the Rings, I recommend reading it, or at least watching the movies, looking at how the ring affects its bearers, how Frodo and Gollum live, and the reasons why they fight despite that everything seems lost. In the end the Good, the Truth and the Beauty is going to win the fight and reign! It´s possible and better a life without PMO!


    * It´s natural to get atracted by a girl and her body, but when you are addicted to PMO you must try to abstain during your recover to give more wood to the fire. It´s like a stick, you can use it to beat someone innocent or to build a house. This applies to everything, it will be bad or good depending on how you it.

    Really leveled out my spirits...
    I was so tired on fighting since Aug last year and relapsing every now and then..
    And you were very right in saying this thing effect every aspect of our life
    It is ruining my productivity and academic.. It has Lol..
    So i really have to try my hardest...
    I would take my recovery seriously...

    Ps I am a girl lol
