    Day 1/21. Been a while since I've really done this challenge the "right" way. I need to do this everyday. So here it goes. Here's my first day. My mindset and my head are there. I can do this. One day at a time.

    Day 3! 24 More to go! Had urges all day. But instantly settling to a mindfullness regimen helps a lot

    [Edit: It was actually day 2. Made a mistake in updating the counter after last realapse. So today (Oct22) it is Day 3]

    @imandrew I've just started meditated, and it seems like it works awesome! I'm using an app called Calm. How long have you done meditation? Do you do anything in particular? Do you find it helps you here on Nofap?

    Day 2 today. Better than the first day. I hope tomorrow is even better, but I know that this journey is not linear. Many things I'm looking forward to, and meditation has helped me feel great this last week!
