  3. Day 26 for me. Not very productive day, but i have now figured a simple way to make sure I am productive throughtout the day. Go to the Library.
    So this is my challenge for tomorrow -
    Get up at 05:00
    Go to the library

    Day 3 reached. Not gonna lie but today I felt amazing. I was so energized, happy and also when I was sitting I literally felt this energy going through my chest and arms. Workout was amazing like I was so happy doing it. Can't wait for tomorrow. I already feel like this is getting better and better everyday.

    Day 6

    Well today something happened that set my mind off thinking about the wrong things.
    Help guys...

    TRIGGER WARNING. Please skip if you want to avoid.








    I went for a hair cut and I was attended to by a lady hairdresser who was wearing a low cut top which offered me a peek every now and then.

    So she was cutting my hair and then as part of the package she was massaging some hair tonic into my scalp.
    And that's when I unmistakably felt her chest press against the back of my head, not once, but a few times..... as she was massaging my scalp. It didnt help that she had really cute eyes..... and a treated me well...


    I feel like if I'm not careful this might cause me to relapse..... helppp

    Go to the gym and work out heavily and do intensive and long stretching with deep breathing, that will ease the urges and remove them, if you continue it for some weeks.
    Another thins is the sitting bath. Get a Footbath tub, fill it with the coldest water you get. You can also add some ice cubes or crushed. Then sit with your ass and your genitals inside it and breath deeply. That will ease the urges at once.

    Day 4 is here. Everything was well and good just like yesterday except some minor urges but I handled them pretty well. Whenever they would come up, I would just stand, take a deep breath and walk around the room for little bit and they'd go away.

    Also to everyone reading this, remember that it's just not worth it to lose your streak for the few seconds of pleasure.
