    For me skimpy dressed Anime Girls (Japanese cartoon) are my big time trigger. I have trouble big time with this. I am an anime lover but I despise it when the author put a lot of sex innuendo in the show. It's even not correlated with the plot. It's just how fucked up anime is. But regardless I still watch anime tho. i just avoid any anime which shows SEX innuendos.
    Other than that I also have other triggers which are Lingeries and underwears. I sometimes fantasizes about them.

    That's true at some point but being busy alone is not enough. You will eventually get horny and You will think of release. When that happens what will you do?

    See, feeling horny is very important because it makes the body stronger. Most important thing is to don't masturbate over porn flashbacks or fantasies over them. What you can do is workout at the gym to use some of the energy that's what you should be doing. The exercise don't have to be intense. Another thing is to be careful about certain exercises because some of them can cause orgasms aka coregasms or exercise-induced orgasms meaning you can bust if not being mindful. Trust me I did some exercises at home. Hope this helps.
