If you are heartbroken, then stay away from the internet.

Get active in the real world. Busy yourself with weights, training and reading. Go into nature and reconnect with your instincts. Center yourself through physicality, intellectuality and spirituality.

Stay away from hedonistic, instant gratification behaviors. Instead lean into your masculine instincts and intuitions.

We get heartbroken and we feel like a bubble has just popped and our world is collapsing. This is a good moment to absorb all the stress and use it to build yourself a spine. Grow through this pain by channelling your suffering into motivation to improve yourself.

Smartphones are an incredible tool. They enable you to do things your ancestors could never imagine. All the information of human history is at your fingertips: all the books ever written, biographies of every great person whose ever lived, and so on.

But you must be disciplined and intelligent enough to use them in an effective way. Don't be so pathetic that you allow the devices to control you. Use them in a productive way, and you will see them for the blessing that they are.

You can change your perspective once you've disciplined yourself. Then you can appreciate the unique opportunity this technology presents. Early on, keep the usage to a minimum. Because you are already oversaturated.

But keep an open mind about their potential, productive use in the future.
