relapsing after 14 day streak

I happens to the best of us! get back in the trail and try not to beat yourself up to much about it and move on. Take a cold shower, hit the gym, mediatate, the usual.

 

Just remember how terrible you will feel if you relapse.

 

Stay away from digital devices and the internet.

Had a strike of 340+ days with the goal of 365 days. I relapsed, entered in that loop you are describing and took a restart.

It is not about being disappointed about yourself. You are human. You fail. We all do. Be proud that you made 14 days, find your motivation to start again and then try to reach anything above these 14 days. Maybe the next time will be 21 days, which will be another success compared to the 14 days.
