Good morning/evening guys. I'm gonna participate in this challenge again. Starting from tomorrow. Abstaining from all except from (4). Good luck. Implementing Reading and Exercising. I'll be journaling but when i want/when necessary. Not going to make it a habit. P.S - I'll be using whatsapp at allocated times for online class updates, etc.
I want to try this again. The past 12 months have been some of the worst in my life, but I'm still here and committed. I will say, though, when I cut out caffeine and music, my mind is so much more clear.
I've been for a bit, but I've had some insane personal stuff occure in the past 12 months that has derailed me from really doing any sort of moderating, or even being on the site that much. It's been a rough year in a lot of ways, not to mention PMO. But I'm still trying

Being present / practice mindfulness 1. cleaning up 2. exercise and gymnastics 3. eating healthy 4. cold showers 5. learning 6. creative work 7. socializing That's about it. I start from zero ........... NOW!

My weekend was good. I'm adding three things to my detox-list: 0. Porn/ P-Subs 1. M 'solo' 2. Movies/ T.V. series 3. YouTube 4. Disturbing news media 5. Alcohol/ drugs 6. Fast food/ sugary foods 7. Coffee As for 3.: It just occured to me that I use some specific videos on youtube for learning. So these learning videos are an exception to the rule. As for 6. and 7.: I allow for one coffee a day and one item of sugary foods OR fastfood Here's are my results for the first days 0. Porn/ P-Subs 2/2 days1. M 'solo' 2/22. Movies/ T.V. series 2/23. YouTube 2/24. Disturbing news media 2/25. Alcohol/ drugs 1/16. Fast food/ sugary foods 2/27. Coffee 1/1 Note: Today I drank two coffees but that's ok on the first day. It'll count.
I'm doing well in comparison to before, I'm doing really well. But I didn't break through yet. Still too much distraction, too much of the old and not enough creative work, exercise, practising. I'll report in more detail soon. CU

I would like to join but is it ok if I pay attention to some disturbing news I’m just trying to make sure my family is safe there is a war going on over there so I just like to check the news for that so I know if any threats are heading that way
Mann. I hope your family is safe. I think you can do this challenge according to your liking. I think what @Bihari meant by disturbing news is disturbing S news. I don't know maybe.
