    Hi guys, I need help to overcome masturbation, it has become an addiction for me and I feel bad, whenever I fall down again or masturbate I feel like shit, with depression and no desire to do anything, could you tell me strategies or some tips that can help me, my biggest streak has been 24 days but from there I did not recover and since then I try not to masturbate but I fall back after 3 days or a week, I hope you can help me. An apology my English isn't veryood

    Hello buddy, when I started nofap, I had the same problem. Masturbation is the biggest concern for me because I don't need videos to masturbate. So not to talks about the problems let's talk about the solution s and tips which work for me. First of all this, you need to make small goals for you. Don't take your phone into the toilet with you and put on some blocker, preventing you from watching those videos. I know it is tough at the start, but you can do it if you really want to quit this addiction. The second rule I used on me is to make a rule not to touch my dick at any cost whenever I have urges. The third tips I used are drinking water a lot, taking a shower whenever having urges, putting a self-made day counter, and putting it on the wall, which always reminds me why I'm doing this.

    I had similar situation, my highest steak was 30 days but mostly I do up to a week. My advice is to do the following things: start a journal here on nofap(it will help you review your day and plan the next),. Get an AP it can really help to share with someone your struggle, meditate( my recommendation is waking up app with guided meditation, you can get it for free if you write to them) after all if you won't resign from using electronics then you will have to constantly choose to not watch porn and meditation will give you the ability to choose the better but harder option, and sleep early like 11pm Cause at that that you are getting most horny, hope it helps sorry for mistakes
