  7. Fell again to masturbation last night, still no porn involved so that's something. Even without the porn itself, though, a lot of these images are in my head now, so I need to work on reigning in fantasies.

That's my second reset since joining NoFap. Third time's the charm, eh? Sauron's not getting any weaker while I sit here dithering.

    Day 0.

That only means that its time to stand up and fight again , come on you can do this ;)

  14. From experience bro delete tinder until you have a successful reboot. Tinder is dangerous!

  15. Try not to focus on the relapse. Move forward and set up a triggers plan. I believe in you!

  16. Day 13.
Almost can't believe it's been 2 weeks since I relapsed. Coming up to that first week was hard. Withdrawals and testosterone I guess. Feeling more back in the groove with rebooting. I won't let my guard down.

Day 20! Wow, this does feel nice. Tbh, this is my longest streak since 2018. Now, I need to ensure we go from strength to strength. En route Mordor ;)

Hey, seriously try changing the habit loop. It helped me. May help you. For eg. Figure out which factor makes you more vulnerable across the last 3-4 relapses. Was it the the location, time of the day, activity that you were doing at that point of the day? Try reorganizing it.
I'm just following the path shown in the power of habit by Charles duhigg. It's working well for me so far

I think i am starting to break the habit loop.I recognized the location in my house in which most of the relapses happened and i am avoiding it completely. So i got rid of the location part.Time of day, activity and mindset remain(i think)..Stay strong fellowship!
