Anyone get dreams that they have relapsed or something similar, then wake up scared that you lost your streak or something? For me this has happened a few times: I have a dream about PMO, then I wake up and frantically check to make sure that I didn't actually relapse.

The weird thing is that even though I haven't relapsed I still feel that I have failed or something similar. Like, I wake up and feel that I have failed myself or lost my streak even though I just had a dream. It's weird despite having no NSFW sexual stimulus in the past 48 days, I have been having much more sexual dreams.

You know what, I have dreams while I was sleeping on occasion like pictures, videos, and succubus came into my dreams to show her massive wide hips, big booty, soles of feet whether they're bare, in nylons, fishnets, stockings, high heeled boots and shoes with soles are shown, whole body curvaceous nude walking and standing and I was humping or prone masturbating over them in my dreams. Sometimes they can be 2 or more females invading my dreams. That what the wet dreams comes from. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. That wasn't a relapse because it wasn't intentional. We have to watch out for succubus because they're energy vampires. Good news is that tells me you're in the right path.

@lonely_1 you are indeed on the right path so I wouldn't worry.

Dreams are a positive sign that your brain is rewiring, however wet dreams are simply your body wanting to release semen. It is a natural part of recovery and I wouldn't worry too much. In the event that you happen to follow through with a wet dream and don't wake up in time to prevent the release, don't be hard on yourself. It is part of the process and does not count as a relapse. Simply continue with your streak as normal.

    Good luck
