    Iam 16 and have PE due to rushed masturbation. I can last only 30 -45 seconds. Iam very anxious about it and can't focus on studies.I always have negative thoughts like I wouldn't be able to satisfy wife and she will leave me and these thoughts are killing me. Whenever I meet someone I assume that this guy is sexually fit and is superior to me . Can anyone please help me in this matter. Iam very depressed.I don't eat well due to this also. I just wanna cry . I destroyed my own life

    I've reviewed all 12 pages and unfortunately am still a little confused. If I understand correctly, we should work to relax the BC and strengthen the PC? I've suffered from PE for several years. I am convinced it is due to years of PMO, but I want to do my best to last like I used to so my wife and I can enjoy the sex life we once had. I'm starting week three with no PM, and only O once with my wife, so I've taken that step. I'm to the point where I am feeling good about no PM and I want to take the next step.

    Guys I'm new to this. I wonder how I can separate PC from BC. I mean how to flex PC and relax BC?
    I know BC is used (I'm using it) to stop peeing. I can't stop peeing without using (also) the BC. For PC I don't already understand...should I push out as I fart?
    If like this, as I fart, I'm using a lot abs

    It's th other way around. PC stops your pee while BC pushes out your gassing.

    I don't think that one should worry about doing BC's because your already doing them daily while shitting and peeing. So focus only on PC training.

    Hi. Its my first post here. I am 29. I suffer from PE for as long as i can remember. For long time i was ignoring the problem or thinking i just didnt have enough sex to get used to it... but since for past 4 months i had sex on daily basis and nothing improved i realised i suffer from PE. I can manage top 30sec - 1 minute max of penetration if its my 1st sex after a while (more than 12hrs)

    Typical story, a lot of masturbation since I was 14, 1st sex had when I was 20 so 6 years of overtraining BC muscle followed by next 9 years of fapping in between relationships. As far as i remember i was always using BC for erection to sustain it (thought its normal). I have anterior pelvic tilt aswell and it probably contribute towards pelvic floor imbalance.

    Read shitload of materials and reasearch about PE, about porn induced sexual disfunctions and corelation between ED and PE. Not sure if i have ED - not complete thats for sure but i dont think my dick gets hard as it should do.

    My ideal plan would be...
    1. Hard mode reboot of the brain (probably at least 6 months) to shrink the rewards pathways in brain linking to quick climax and flexing bc muscle during sex.
    2. In the meantime for them 6 months always keeping BC relaxed (reversed kegels) and slight training of PC muscle - real kegels
    3. As getting closer to month 6, in month 5 start supllements for PE, found one called climax control from polpharma, apparently they restore serotonin levels to norm and do other positive stuff like help blood come to dick etc...
    4. After 6 months start slow really slow edging with fleshlight and lube, goal is not to finish and build arousal as slow as possible to reteach brain and muscles proper pathways plus keeping BC and whole perineum relaxed all the time, making sure to breath down to lower abdomen slowly and regular, climax only when lets say reaching satisfactory time of pure constant penetration for egzample 10 minutes.
    5. Get a girl and start real battles

    At the moment cos i still have a sex partner i will do everything apart from rebootingmy brain for 6 months and see if i get anywhere with that. I already managed to reduce use of BC by conciously relaxing it all the time, my times improved a bit but just slightly. Im only on my day 4 of them supplements and it says takes 30days for them to kick in. I have also started taking extra virgin oil every morning (1x big spoon) to restore serotonin levels.
    I am very tempted to use pill that doctors prescribe to relax pelvic muscles if you cant wee or something. if it helps a lot then it means its tight pelvic floor that causes PE.

    I will keep you guys updated.
    Curious if any one of you had any success stories.
    I wanted to throw some links to articles here about PE but i need more posts and likes so i will do it when it enables me to do so.

    Ahhhh i see this thread comes back to life, the ONLY place on the whole frikkin internet that talks about BC/PC muscle stuff.
    I had MAJOR PE problems, like single digit seconds, and id had enough, i was gonna fix this one way or the other. Ive spent a very, very long time doing research, left no stone unturned, and 2 of the last 6 times ive had sex i have pretty much lasted as long as i wanted, once i had to finish myself. The only time i totally had no control was the first time id had sex in 10 years. 2 from 6 might not sound great but its a HUGE improvement for me - something is working.
    I'll do this over a few posts as there are several treatment options. In no particular order:
    Lidocaine Delay Sprays: PE can be treated with delay sprays, principally Fortacin. Here's the science:

    I couldnt afford Fortacin, so i ordered some generic lidocaine delay spray off Aliexpress for $2!! I didnt expect much. When it came i tested it, gave my dick a good spray and...my entire genital region went numb, stayed numb for 6 hours!! Ok, so it seems to work! You need to be careful with this stuff, too much and you dont feel anything. But 2/3 squirts does indeed numb the penis, and edging confirms it definitely desensitizes the penis and delays orgasm.
    So theres one solution - delay sprays. If you can get the legit stuff (Fortacin in EU dunno about US), great, if not then its scouring the internet, thats what i did and ended up with something that appears to work.

    Many people use the whole muscle region around the pelvic area to control urine flow, so instead of trying to figure out which muscle is which by peeing, look up in the internet the PC and BC muscles.
    Put briefly, the PC muscle (aka the pelvic floor muscle) is a band that stretches from the ballsack, all the way back to behind your anus. When you ride a bike, the seat is pressing up against most of that muscle, and for extended periods of riding, it's that muscle that can get sore. That's the muscle you want to learn to control.
    The BC muscle is closer to the penile shaft, it wraps around the base, and when flexed, will make your dick bounce up when hard. This contraction is what spasms out for a lot of people with Premature Ejaculation, so the next few times you masturbate, take two fingers and feel around your shaft when you squeeze your BC muscles. Then, take your other hand and feel for your PC muscle behind your ballsack— try to squeeze without feeling any movement around your shaft (aka the BC muscle). A lot of people when holding in gas will flex their PC muscle subconsciously, so pay attention to that next time you pass gas— anything you can do to become more aware of these muscles will help you take control of them.

    Once you learn to seperate the two and can recognize them as individual parts, you can try forcefully disengaging them. Many people use the example of "pushing out a shit", which is a pretty good start to figuring this out. Other muscles might engage while you do this, like your core (upper and lower abs, lower back) and your glutes (buttcheeks)/quads (thighs), and that's totally okay. It's not necessary to try and keep them from engaging as long as you can feel your PC muscles contracting and relaxing. Once you get the hang of it, then you can work on isolating it.

    As someone who's super anal (joke intended) about calling out broscience bullshit, this is definitely something that has helped my PE a ton. I have no issues with ED so I can't offer my perspective there, but with my own particular case of PE, learning to manipulate the pelvic muscles is absolutely a legitimate solution.

    18yo PE with heyper BC and.. idk what s going on with my PC.
    I can t discern if when I go to pee, my PC or BC contracts and so I must go to bathroom 10 times a day to pee drinking 2-2.5L of water a day (yeah sometimes I felt the BC contracting, but I guess the PC also contracts too).

    So, what s your advice? If I trained my BC to be strong unconsciously has it got any link with an overall tight pelvic floor? (includin PC considering the matter of peeing)?

    I'm desperate. Discovered this PE in november last year, trying to cure it since then. I plan on REAL kegels (PC) and lots of REVERSE kegels. Is that a good idea?
    Also.. I discovered my PC muscle by doing hip thrusts and squats, but can t really propperly isolate it without doing this exercises WITHOUT BC getting in.


    And more importantly... had anyone got cured with REVERSE kegels as often as possible and PC muscle REAL kegels?

    I remember reading somewhere that you should not hold it in if you’re M-ing. It has a negative impact on health. It also says not just for M but sex also... that mean if you’re having passionate sex and reached the point of no return but then you choose to hold it in then that’s not good. It put you in a stress state. It also went on to say that IF you go slow and relaxed while you M or sex then it should be okay to hold it in.

    don’t know what to make of that but just passing on that piece of info. Some might find it useful or not.

    Mate, relax. Personally I dont think its so important to distinguish bc/pc muscles, there's some info on this thread which is just flat out wrong, saying if you do this stuff wrong it will make it worse, I read a ton of stuff about it, proper scientific research and NOWHERE does it mention any of this.
    Just treat your pelvic floor as a group of muscles. Edge, pay attention to these muscles and concentrate on keeping them relaxed, do reverse kegels during edging sessions, if you can keep the pf muscles relaxed you will definitely find that orgasm can be controlled much better.

    Edge should not be recommended on this site. It fills your brain with dopamine even long after and won't help you on nofap at all.
    There are healthier ways to last longer.

    I disagree. The point of no return needs to be experienced and pushed back by practice, unless you have a regular partner, that means edging. Edging with attention on the pelvic muscles and the ejaculatory reflex as an exercise for sexual health is very different to jerking off for kicks. Thats my take on it anyway.
    What are your healthier ways to last longer?

    By doing excerices that trains the Pelvic, eating foods that increase serotine and generally living a healthy lifestyle.

    Those things help for sure but come on if it was so simple to fix millions of guys would not be suffering with PE. I do all of those things, plus other healthy lifestyle habits (bed at 9pm/up at 6am, yoga, meditation) and i still had PE. Every resource you look at for fixing PE recommends the stop/start method AKA edging, this is a universal bit of advice from MDs, im gonna trust them a lot more than nofap bro science. I dont think you have a hope in hell of fixing PE without edging, thats what i think having suffered MAJOR, single digit seconds PE many years, having comitted to fixing it this year, and have made real progress - last time probably 5+ minutes, yes a bit longer would have been nice but when you were worried about not lasting 5 seconds, 5 minutes is huge progress.

    First day I even didn t know how to contract the PC;

    Second day I started doing RK's and PC contractions extremely slow (you know when u re at the gym doing biceps curls and the muscle is so tired that you can't even lift a 1kg dumbell? It felt exactly the same);

    Third day got already to know PC better, still takes 5-6 seconds to fully contract it;

    Today I tried contracting them fully, did it faster (like three seconds to contract it fully).


    The theory absolutely makes sense.

    Porn rushed masturbation contracting the BC only (why? it felt better and as a kid of 13-14yo, didn t know what the heck was going on, so I squeezed the shit out of the BC as often as I could);
    This is how I only used BC, and PC (along with the brain linked sensation of contracting it) had totally been forgotten => PC got pretty fucking weak => the need to pee so often. The "often" part also caused by the overtraining of BC alone (tried kegels but did them wrong) causing imbalance <=> BC spasms a lot at the end of peeing => makes me pee only 70% or so of the total amount. These BC spasms come every time I go pee, thus keeping the tightness in it and Premature Ejaculation never ends, everything I just wrote being a loop-of-doom.


    You can correct me guys but I m telling you, I have quit fapping more than 9 months ago. Thus it is not psychologically, Im not trained to cum fast anymore.

    Also, I have an almost 8 inch little guy and all the girls are hyped when they see it, that being said I do have confidence (highlighting here that everything is in vain if not sustained by physical factors).

    I guess the muscle imbalance it s the biggest deal ever when it comes to PE and it does make sense.
    PC exercises and reverse kegels it is then.

    I can’t say much about edging and it’s effect on the stress you’re putting your body into. Who knows... in the end you might be trading one thing for another. Like the ability to last long vs a weakened adrenal gland or some dysfunction in your body. BUT I’ll say this: edging does help to train you to last longer. In the days of my curiosity, there was one time where I edged a lot. And semen mysteriously escaped without my knowledge (went back into the bladder and pee it out?). In that same day I tried to edge again in the evening and my tool wasn’t standing up and I felt a bit sore, that’s when I realized that my body somehow released either going back into the body or when I urinated. Anyone experienced this?

    At the end of the day, it’s really the mind. Don’t believe me? Try and pee in public if you have never done it before and you will see that even with a FULL bladder you might not be able to pee... it’s all in the mind and edging can rewired the mind to not come early.

    With all that said, I don’t recommend edging for the following reasons: (1) you might develop other bodily dysfunction. (2) pull you back into the habit of PMO.

    You can always train yourself to last longer later when you have a partner by practice Karezza together.
