    I started my 2nd day by working out, it feels great!. I'm on my day 2 now!(we can do this guys!).
    Day 1/90( Day 2 in progress).

    Day 6/90 completed .workout really helps in controlling urges. And for me I have more success rates in winter cos my urge goes down significantly. Highest streak in summer 12/90 and in winter prevent year 35/90

    What day are you on?
    Here are my tips to control your urges
    1. Listen to music( it helps me relax)
    2. Avoid pornography, sexy pics of woman from fb, insta, twitter,etc( just avoid things that makes you horny).
    3. Workout in the morning or in the afternoon.
    4. Avoid going into a place that makes you feel to masturbate (ex: bedroom, just go outside your house, not in a place where is crowded because of covid).
    5. Sleep early like 7:00-10:00(better if 9:00 or just sleep early if you feel like masturbating(night time is where i/we have a hard time controlling our urges).
    6. I sometimes watch motivational videos
    7. Lastly, think about what might happen if you masturbate( it will make you mentally and physically weak, it will drained your energy, it will make your existing problem becomes worse).
    Hope this really helps you, stay strong we can do this!

    Rules- 1. If you search for nude women or watch sex scene or softcore porn you will -5 days from your streak or reset if you're streak is less than 5 days.
    2. Doing PMO or MO or PM or M or P once will count as a relapse and you have to reset your counter to 0.
    3. Your are not allowed to use mobile while alone.
    4. Removing the pornblocker or trying to do it count as a relapse and then you will -2 days from your streak or 0 unless necessary.

    Thanks for motivation and giving solutions. I am getting successful in controlling the urges somehow. At one time I was about to give up. But currently in better situation. I am on day 11/90
