Should I count this as relapse

    Day 14, morning, laying in bed. Scrolling through the internet and saw a trigger accidentally. Memories of porn scenes already flushing into my mind. I got an erection and it started to feel pleasurable. This might be leading up to hands free O, I don't know. Took me 3 seconds to realize something was wrong and I had to stop. Quickly scrolled down to focus on the thoughts and end it. But Im not so sure if it worked and I think the damage was already done. Did I relapse?

    Was it porn? if yes go to relapse. If not, skip horny jail and collect 1 day on your streak.

    Nah man,

    I don't count that as a relapse, 3 "seconds" is faster than 1 minute. You saw that trigger, stared at it and got erect but consciously turned it off? Then thats not a relapse mate, it can be a reset if you wan't to(depends on how strict you wan't yourself to be)

    @SelfControlIsTheGoal i'd say skip the horny jail and collect 1 day on his streak.
