    Welcome aboard to everyone who just joined in this challenge - I am happy to see so many taking the initiative. I applaud your courage and will to change and it motivates me to keep this strike on-going. We can do this and we will all do this - the wallpaper is actually pretty helpful, as it sets a reminder for me every day about my goal.

    I suffered some injuries from the last jogging session and currently running is not an option for me, which saddens me a little. But I'll get back to it as soon as possible. I'm having a few days of relaxation, as I managed to submit my final thesis, but next week I got a lot of things to take care of. Make sure to keep yourself busy with activities and whenever an urge appears, tackle it with patience and it will be removed. Take it one day at a time - as soon as you learn how to use this advice, PMO stands no chance whatsoever.

    I think this is the best approach. When I stopped in May/June, I relapsed two to three times early in the mission, but its been roughly two months since last relapse. I never set a month long goal or anything, I just learned to trick my mind every day to not do it at all. I've been chronicling my struggle in "horny out of my mf mind", a thread in this rebooting subforum. Any ways I like the community aspect of this so coun. me in! Would love to continue my success through July. I just came on to browse the forums to gain strength and contributebecause of my (now gone) morning wood!

    I agree with you @mentalsharpening - but goals are quite useful, especially as you reach and accomplish your objective. For me, the ultimate goal is to quit forever on this filthy habit, but I'll be able to do it step by step and like you said, day by day. It's sort of ironic how we are our own enemies.

    I am heavily drunk right now. And as much as I want to relapse right now , I will not do it. For you, guys. I respect your dedication too much and I will not fucking relapse. I wanna fail so badly and to wank it like a monkey, BUT I WILL NOT FUCKING DO IT.

    Fuck excuses, fuck our weakness. It's a habit which controls most of our lives. It's time to change that. This thread was made for the #nofapjuly challenge. I will succeed and end this fucking month, whatever the cost and I hope you'll join me.

    I am proud of everyone who's struggling and battling. Let's do this shit!

    Today was so so, but a few times really just wanted to checkout into the haze. Got up each time and movement helped. New habit I added was to make my bed each morning. Small thing but I read somewhere, maybe here, it's a gesture of self pride.

    @Michael V. you can do this man. Your 3 days and 5 hours prove that you can do another 3 and 5, and then another 6 days and 10 hours. Get some rest, clear your head, kick some more ass tomorrow. I wish you power, brother.

    Here's my update for the day. I've had a hard time waking up the last three days. I had quite a few binges in June, especially at the end of the month, so I think my brain is in a serious readjusting mode. I also have noticed some popped blood vessels in my eyes and I've been coming home from work and napping every day. When it comes to urges, I have been very proud of myself of what I have been able to turn off mentally. This thread has been a huge help, being an outlet to vent and spread positivity at the same time. As far as my daily list, I am adding Strength today. I had a solid workout earlier and received a lot of great advice from my friend's dad who was a national powerlifting champion. Having a guy like that give me compliments on my form and encouragement to improve is great for my confidence. I will be tackling a new program starting next week and I am hoping to reap the benefits of increased testosterone from no fapping. Anyone else having some good experiences with fitness?

    I am 64 years old. 100 days abstinent. No orgasm or edging. One brush with P diring that time. Married and was having intercourse a couple time per week. M about the same. Is there any one else here as old as I am?

    It's never too late to change and I respect you for that.

    I woke up quite hangover, yet really satisfied with the fact that I did not relapse. The fourth day is going on strong. I still am not coping it properly with the alcohol addiction, but at least I'm tackling PMO properly. I hope everyone is having a good time, I'll make sure to enjoy this weekend as a break from everything.
