The important of SEMEN RETENTION - Important information for severe cases of PIED over two years

Discussion in 'Porn-Induced Sexual Dysfunctions' started by Deleted Account, Oct 26, 2020.

  1. Hi everyone:

The Importance of SEMEN RETENTION - Important Information for Severe PIED Cases Over Two Years

    First of all, a clarification:

I apologize to pornfreesme for using your post on another forum. I want to do it with a respectful intention to spread knowledge in these communities.

During many years (5 or 6 years) I have learned a lot about this new weakness in the current generation. I have read many recovery stories and I have read many posts over the years. Until I came across a member of our community from whom you can learn a lot about this: pornfreesme.

The case of pornfreesme shocked me a lot, because according to him, he stopped using porn 10 years ago, and yet he feels that he has no improvement in his sexual life as a couple. I have learned a lot from your publications. I have completely read them all for months. Now, it is possible in part that his problems are underlying, (he had some small problems with his sexual function before leaving pornography) but, the point is that the case of pornfreesme is not the only case here of apparently incurable people. There are many stories like this and I have been able to do a very detailed analysis of these stories: They all share one thing in common:

These seemingly incurable people never performed a two-year hard reset.

Which has led me to a discovery after reading so many posts of seemingly non-curable cases for so long: ONLY PURE SEMEN RETENTION FOR TWO YEARS WITHOUT A SINGLE ERROR CAN TAKE THEM OUT OF AN ETERNAL FLAT LINE.

It is possible that this almost eternal flat line is due to PAWS.

The fact that many men are three plus years without porn and still haven't recovered shows that quitting porn alone is not enough.

I take the dare (for the sake of difficult cases) to quote pornfreesme:

"Masturbation and having sex with orgasm and possibly even arousal are keeping us stuck in seemingly permanent flatlines. It can take 1-3 years without a single relapse to reverse PAWS/flatline. Literally one relapse can fuck everything up. The most ideal way to tackle this would be 1-3 years monk mode. So no porn, no masturbation, no sex and no arousal. For guys in relationships I think hard mode may also work too which would require no porn, no masturbation and practising karezza (no orgasm) when having sex.

Now I know there have been many success stories of people claiming rewiring to be the key to their recovery, but from reading many of these I found they all share one thing in common; they were already experiencing in and out libido and showing signs of life. In my opinion these guys would have recovered with or without rewiring if they had stayed on hard mode/monk mode and the ‘rewiring’ just slowed them down a little. For us hard cases who have low/zero libido which is seemingly constant, masturbation and sex with orgasm and possibly even arousal will keep us stuck in this state permanently. One relapse to porn, masturbation or orgasm from sex can mess everything up. So no matter how many years you are without porn, until you’ve gone three years without a single relapse to porn or masturbation or orgasm you can’t say for sure that you’re incurable. The only exception to this is wet dreams, which for the most part are out of your control, so just ignore them. Please note sleeping on your front and indulging in sexual fantasy can induce them though".

t seemed important to me to cite this experience of others, because it seems that according to searches for quite some time, it can be seen that we have never seen people who have practiced semen retention for two years and they have not healed to a large extent.

More than proposing NOFAP gentle mode (that is useless) I bet on the idea of semen retention for two years and learning about the benefits of sex without orgasm after those two years of recovery to see great improvements. It can include orgasm much later, but in a very occasional way. In fact, the good recovery of our well-known Gabe Deem (the founder of another forum similar to this) was cured with these things in mind.

Now remember, this is generally for severe cases of PIED or similar health problems. However, it goes without saying that even if you are not a severe case, this is going to be very good anyway for a great recovery.

For example, I do not consider myself a severe case (I can achieve erections just by thinking, sometimes by seeing an attractive person on the streets, despite my good days and some bad), however, I am going to bet on the semen retention for two years. I admit that I have an advantage: I am single.

There is something in which I am radical, and that is, you should not do a restart while having a partner, however, remember, I am also here to learn and you can correct me if I am wrong, but, I am one of those who think that this trip is better to do it being totally single a good time of his life. When he recovers, he can find someone. That is my personal point of view. I respect the point of view of others here if they have a partner.

I hope this information is useful for you, I apologize to pornfreeesme for quoting part of her words here, and if I have broken the rules, please, I ask the moderators to let me know lol.

I also receive points of view and corrections, because I also want to learn from you. I do not know everything. Also I am somewhat ignorant on this subject.

    Thanks for reading and answering.

How the hell to go 3 years without arousal? It is imposible...at every step you see/hear something sexual. Maybe in the woods will be possible.

  3. Hello

To your surprise: I spent my entire adolescence without knowing what an orgasm was. I felt the first orgasm in my life when I was 20 years old, the product of a masturbation to the thought. At that time (1999) there was no internet for me.

I was able to live my entire adolescence without knowing it was an orgasm. I only had occasional wet dreams.

It is possible to go without an orgasm for two years if one voluntarily wishes, regardless of whether you are a severe or moderate case of PIED.

I may not make it to two years, but I'm sure at least a year and a half would be interesting. It would be on my part like when I was a teenager and I didn't masturbate.

Maybe I think that for me, it is easy to do it since I am already 39 years old. I have more control over my impulses than the youngsters here.

  4. Hi.

During these 4 months of rebooting in hard mode I have seen beautiful women in the street, I have had accidental exposures watching television sometimes, I have heard many things that refer to sex and I have had libido at times, however, that has not led me to masturbate.

For now I am not going to have sex for reasons of the pandemic. This being the case, I am going to take advantage of the time of the pandemic to practice some retention. I found the topic interesting.

Remember that the pandemic problem is going to last until at least the beginning of 2023 anyway. He clarified this: in a less problematic way, but the infections will continue. And sexual relations are very vulnerable for these next times.

I plan to have sex by the end of 2021. Or maybe the middle of 2022. By that time, it will have been almost 18 months or even a lot more of restart / hold on my part.

It would seem very interesting to me personally to do it because in the 4 months that I have been practicing it, I see great improvements. I don't change for anyone. If I am older I see benefits (39 years old now), imagine that you are younger and your 20s and 30s are beginning.

  5. Remember that this information is anyway especially for those who consider themselves a severe case of PIED.
If you are not a severe case, you do not need to take this information into account.

I am not a severe case, but I find it interesting voluntarily to do it taking advantage of the pandemic time

    I am 39 yo too.
I am almost 6 months without masturbating to porn.
You can't go 3 years without arausal...after about 4-5 months without ejaculation your dick will go up even when you will see something mild. The mind, the organism needs to reproduce, is an instinct.
I did't say nothing about masturbation...cuz you can abtain...but arausal? man...the brain will made the click at the tiniest stimul.

Can masturbation to porn knock you into an eternal flatline? It may have happened to me...?

  9. That is a great sign of recovery. But unfortunately many men reach 6 months and still do not feel any sense of sexual arousal, they are still powerless.

This 3-year information is for severe cases only. Maybe it's not for you.

  10. Hi.

If you have PIED and you continue to have orgasms whether they are the product of sex with a partner or masturbation, you will continue with PIED indefinitely.

The men who get better are the ones who stop EVERYTHING: Sex, masturbation and of course: addiction to pornography.

PIED generates an imbalance in sexual arousal that is usually accompanied by each orgasm you have. Just quitting pornography is not enough. You may have quit porn many years ago, but if you continue to have constant orgasms, you will always stay flat and make yourself worse.

This applies to severe cases. If you think that sex does not delay you, then go ahead, but in general sex tends to delay the vast majority of men with PIED.

PIED is your brain saying, "Enough orgasms for now. I can't do this anymore."

That is why there is no other option than absolute rest (semen retention - hard mode for many months).

The thing is people don't quit porn, they only quit porn videos, that's the main problem. If you read journals you'll see that they were still using social media to look at sexy photos, daydreaming about sex, watching music videos which are soft porn, reading erotic material "out of curiosity", etc. If you do that you'll probably fix yourself pretty fast. It might not be enough depending on how you live. If you consume a lot of media you'll also need to reduce that. Semen retention in itself has no benefits, it's all lies. I do get the point of a hard reset but the problem is in the brain not the testicles. You need to be less of an addict so you need to at least do fewer addictive activities. Have you seen statistics on internet use these days? It looks like many no longer live in the real world.

    To summarise:
    1. quit all forms of porn
    2. quit or reduce all media
