Its been like 10 or more days since im doing NoFap I have tried many times but never went farther than a week I am mainly doing this to get a clean mind and a sharp brain cuz i want to excel in my exams and also i have an acne problem and ive noticed that fapping causes outbreaks for me so ive decided to stop fapping until atleast these 2 problems clear off , So is what im gonna be doing worth it? (Im 15 btw) I know of many other benifits but exams are imp for me rn so is it worth it?

  2. acc to my experience NoFap will help in studies as it saves a lot of time which you can invest (or even half of what you waste in porn) to studies . also your mind get more focused and stable . i cant tgell about acne but for studies it work

I can attribute to acne. When I don't fap it gets better. Also, aside from just having more time bc I'm not napping, I find that my mind is a lot sharper when I do not masturbate. In my opinion, it is 100% worth it. When I go about my day to day life, I enjoy things more. I find enjoyment in going outside, and sometimes even enjoyment in doing my school work ( I know crazy lol).

Porn overstimulates your brain, so everyday tasks that used to be fulfilling are no longer fulfilling to you. I have definitely noticed this manifest itself in my life when I use PMO. The good news is, your brain can change. By making the decision not to do PMO, your brain will adapt and begin finding enjoyment in things you didn't when using PMO. Of course this change will happen over night, but I can tell you that I notice differences in about 4-5 days. My current challenge is breaking the one week barrier. I have no problem going around 7-10 days, but after that I always tend to have to reset. Every time in the couple days after using PMO, my brain feels tired, I don't want to do anything, and I just lay around and am unproductive. However, after a few days pass, I can feel much more productive and motivated.

So if you ask me, yes, keep going. The benefits are there. Personally, I feel like my streak is going really strong right now, even though it is only day 6, I have felt great and want to keep going.
