    Relapsed twice tonight. I made the mistake of using my VR headset without my roommates around. I need to do better at following through with my urge protocols. I need to change how I think.

    You know, I've thought of getting a VR headset, but this is what's making me hesitate. I don't know what a VR porn session is like and I don't want to know. Porn is going to get more and more real as technology develops. I don't want to be overly pessimistic, but it's hard to see the porn addiction problem getting better any time soon.

    I haven't been checking in for a while, relapsing constantly.... completely losing focus, this is much harder than I would have ever imagined, I'm deeper into it that I've never been before...

    I'm on day 2 now...my mind is all over the place... the inner fight between emotions is just astonishing... May the force be with us all...
