    Thank You!

I needed this because of how lately my brain got twisted with confusion and frustration, you made my day a little bit better, bro!

I'm definitely agreeing with number 14, i mostly uinstalled the apps that are all about models and NFSW content related: Instagram, Reddit, Facebook(i don't know why i couldn't uinstall the app but i deleted my accounts and fake accounts because i used to search up random chicks to M) and Twitter. I never used snapchat or twitch like that in my life but i wan't it to be that way, lol. So all of these apps caused me to relapse and i had to stop using them for life.

    I don't think i'm ready for number 10, i'm still 14 so maybe 18 or 19?

    For me, the most important:

Reflect on your addiction every day: what led you there, what problems caused to your life, how are you working to fix it, what would happen if you continued indulging, what will you do when you are healed, etc.

  3. I added number 16 to the list. Watch out for any TV shows and movies that can be considered a psub.
