12/90 Decent day. Productive work and then good workout. I had that moment of clarity today at work while doing some business... That was interesting, deep thought took over my mind... it was sort of appriciation and realization that everybody is struggling around you.. even your "enemy" got some stuff to deal with. Also really happy cos I realized that I need to change my approach to certain things. Also although friday I have no beer by my side. Good one.
Day 8 - 30/10/20 - 6:37pm Bad day, woke up late and didn't manage to quite pick it up from their. Urges were strong in the morning but I stayed aware and did not interact. Will pick it up tomorrow
Relapsed. The motivation to get on a streak is lacking at the moment. Nevertheless, will get going once again.
Day 5/90. Another day that hasn't been great, but meditating has turned it around. Glad I can get through these days that kind of suck. Just gotta take it one day at a time.
Here we go again to day 1. I just did cardio this 4:30 in the morning And that's it another workout will be in monday.

8/30 Today is dificult, I have the temptation of watch porn but I know that I can do it. Something that works for me is to do something related with my job, study and remember my goals.
