Day 20. I've reached the village of Bree.
To be back at home feels good. I started my NoFap journey here 56 days ago and felt a calmness come over me once I stepped back inside my (wife's) apartment. I knew my roadtrip would be tough but it was needed.

I went back through Instagram last night and clicked 'not interested' on any suggestions that might cause me to have urges again.
Looking forward to the winter season coming up!

 

Day 8!

Oh boy, No Nut November is upon us, lads. I've told myself I would complete this challenge in years past but I've always fallen pretty quickly. Not this time!

One week!

 

Well I reset with my wife again this morning it was day 11. This is not in the plan, the plan is to have scheduled times to release once per month. I have to get a handle on this. But right now I’m feeling a little down and that is not the way to do better. I must be positive and forge forward to do better. Back to being an Orc. Day 1

 

Day 34!

 

Weekends are challenging. Especially if you are tired. Try the no internet after 8 rule. It helps me a lot.

Although I have relapsed recently, it comforts me to see the general calendar and how in the last seven months it has only been a couple of times a month - and also almost in a row.
