    If memory serves... one of the definitions of addiction is a compulsive behaviour that isn't gratifying. Does this apply?

    I'm guessing you're talking about PMO rather than MO.

    If you can stop watching P, you probably won't binge MO any more.

    Even then, it's probably a good idea to limit masturbation and not overdo it. It's also worth trying to avoid M altogether for a while (90 days for example).

    This is all easier said than done of course, especially if you have addictive tendencies. But you can do it.
