    I have a bit of brain fog today.Dont know why.Otherwise i am trying to get back in shape after the 4 days of doing nothing.Cathing up both physically and mentally!Urges are pretty strong tho...
    I fight them off for now but it will be quite a challenging week.

    Day 13. I think this is going to be a hard week, my body is demanding PMO but i'm not gonna giving up. I will conquer today and then think on tomorrow but the important day its today.lets fight day by day.

    Day 8,
    Today I met two women i know, while on a walk. Before, I would't even say plain 'Hello' because I had trouble with it and still have, but i joined them anyway and in the end, it was definitely better than i was expecting. I'm still not sure if i didn't bother them too much and there were moments when i could have done better but i guess it was ok. Hope i will encounter something similar in near future again.

    A hobbit once more! Unfortunately, I am experiencing some cravings. I am trying to stay mindful of the fact that I'm an addict and that porn makes my life worse. Trying to stay conscious of all the things I am thankful for and how blessed I am. I can suffer some cravings, they will not destroy me. I pray for help in saying no to PMO today.
