Broke my streak in early november had "heat problems" and PC gaming enabling

All said in the title, fortunately I fixed everything, going to surpass 18 days of nofap and go for 30-90 or more now.

 

It´s something often mentioned here, your body temperature rises crazily and you either cool yourself down with a cold shower or you´ll have trouble sleeping.

I downplayed it at first, now I´m willing to take a bath every day.

The video game wasnt the problem, it was one my pastes with porn files and things going out of plan when my computer started random shutdowns, I hope it´s fixed now, I took some measures, but now I have to redo my blocked sites.

Sealed all of that shit in a random vault thing now, Wont fall for it again.

 

It also stacks with other things, like boredom while playing the game, adds up with a "heat" episode and some sicklyness and it´s a recipe for a broken streak.

The reason being is that we may seek easy dopamine to fix this kinds of problems.

 

in my case I like having big hair no heat problems.

 

only thing I watch out for is side hair case I dont want it over my ears or messing my sleep.
