Day 13 - 4/11/20- 8:35pm

Today was mixed, woke up very late which is really starting to annoy me because it is become a habit and it needs to get cut out. I was out all day today and I noticed an increased mental clarity and quickness in conversion. I found it very easy to find words and articulate myself well. Tomorrow marks 2 weeks and this is usually the point where I fail to surpass, I feel an increased sense of awareness going into this period than usual.

 

Sorry, I stopped posting here because I'm focused on the 14 day no pmo challenge's thread. Thank you all for the support

Day 7. Not the easiest of days tbh but thankfully held it together. We fight on

 

Day 30 today. What a milestone, the first month of three on this journey. It feels like a big deal, I have not gone this long without an orgasm in more than a decade, so this is uncharted territory. Sometimes doubt comes over me: will this work at all? Will help with the PIED? But I know I will only get the answers by doing this and finding out for myself. I really want it to work out.

Dude, I promise you if you stick with this long enough - you will heal your PIED - I had severe PIED and now its completely gone. I did one 90 day streak this year - yes it was not the cleanest, but it was clean from actual porn 100%.
Let your body and most of all your brain time to heal and it will!
