  1. I continuously relapsed and failed in last few days. Going through the most pissed up and worst days. I want to end this now. Making a new start with full dedication. It's my day 2 and I'll definitely complete the challenge this time !!

    @sasuke1416 I am in the same situation. Whats your strategy to dealing with urges? Do you observe any similarities in your relapses? These are the questions that I am answerign right now so I can learn from my mistakes and dont do the same shit over and over again. Willpower wont help anybody. Rock solid strategy and more importantly sticking to it no matter what is the key here.

    Day 0/7. Just finished the 3-day challenge. Now I am going for 7. I am also quitting alcohol. After more than 190 days of being drunk every night, I am now 5 days sober. I will finish the 7 day challenge on day 10 of no PM and day 12 of no booze. HOw do I feel? Tired. Stressed. But hopeful.
     
  11. Yes. Willpower alone can't help. You need to have a fixed daily schedule and strategy for dealing with the urges. But as human beings we do get diverted here and there from the schedule. And in my case, if the schedule gets disturbed, then this journey also gets disturb. So self control is also very important. If things didn't go the way you planned, don't lose control and be patient, everything will be on track again. That's my strategy!!
