    Day 3 become Day 0 through the night,I lost less tonight than on Wednesday and feel not so bad but loss is loss and I count only uninterrupted days without losses.
    Why did it happen? I came to realize that I was eating a lot in the evening and probably this is an aftereffect of big amount of good tasty food.From today I promise to eat less in the evening.

    Saturday was the temptations day- I think it was an activation of the old dopamine getting paths in the brain.I mean it.It was like just give it a smallest nudge,or relax your awareness and it gonna come up to the surface...What carried me through was trying to help others who are struggling with the same problems...

    I think that the urges/temptations, to repeat old behaviors to get super high dopamine dose to the brain,are not going anywhere soon up until their neural connections in the brain, of which those paths are made of, disintegrate.And this disintegration process can take up years through which you have to resist them whilst simultaneously building new healthy paths for getting dopamine.

    Day 3.Slept weirdly,woke up in an awkward face down position nearly not breathing and feeling like I was about to be down again,like the accumulated power was trying to get out. I stayed clean and without loosing anything but felt sleepy and unwilling to do serious work throughout the day.

    Day 4 .Slept alright.Hope is alive but there is some sort of impatience and desire for immediate perfection and completeness.

    Day 5.I won another day as far as SR is concerned.Dreamed sex with cute girl in the office(ground/upper-basement floor)...and didn't mind others watching through the window,woke up right after realised it was a dream and I stayed dry and clean.It happened at around midnight.

    Day 6.Slept so-so and have some violent dreams(no sex related).Woke up quite easily probably due to light supper.

    Day 7.Had a full blown seduction by naked horny women in my dream,but stayed on course and had a good workout plus cold shower afterwards.

    Thank you Jarad ! I tryed to fight it head on, but it looks like the best strategy is to avoid it...Day 1.Didn't sleep at all just was lying in the bed with eyes closed.

    Day 2.Slept not too bad7,5 hours.Read your brain on porn by Gary Wilson.It's an interesting book,it makes you think.Especially I liked the explanation of the dopamine system.

    Day 0.Didn't sleep much was edging all night long ,whilst watching P videos, like a zombie.Felt too relaxed-brained in the morning,but by the lunchtime was fine.Read G.Wilson again and learned that when you are edging you have the biggest dopamine release to the brain and that it can damage prostrate,but what i noticed is that rough fapping can damage kidneys(down to the quite painful sensations for a while).

    Day 1.Slept alright,had a headache fo bigger part of the day( tried to ignore it and kept going and it worked,without any medicines btw I think taking them weakens your self-control and makes you more liable to succumb to urges). Apparently urges once there stay there for quite a long while and it takes some suffering time for the brain to start considering alternative dopamine getting ways,and all the while,everyday you have to study what PMO is and repeat it as well as the intended way to deal with it to keep your awareness and determination alive.

    Day 2.Slept alright for about 7.5hours.By the evening had a light headache.Physically felt alright through the day but psychologically felt a lack of dopamine and boredom with performing mundane tasks.

    I can see you have trouble falling asleep and i can assure you that i can really relate, during my 1st day until the 20th+ day on nofap i could not sleep at all, my mind was going crazy, i always would wake up 4 AM or 3 AM or 2 AM or even 1 AM, like porn was literally in my mind the whole damn time. But what really helped was reading the bible and listening to music or watch some educational videos or even entertaiment like football.

    And i'm still am having trouble with falling asleep and being too too tired in the morning, but some days are a perfect night sleep and others was like hell and my mind was just thinking of alot of fantasizes and even flashbacks, but my key or what helps me actually is to just be rational like "shut up brain" sometimes it'll be like "look, its not real brain, you know thats it's all made up and those hoes ain't gonna splash with you" and it can be listening to rational music also, the point is to just really to self talk out of it and just accept and move on.

    I believe you can do this, but don't get too excited but take the time of your ride smoothly. Most of the time i relapse because of excitment and over confidence so the key is to be diciplined, the way i look at when i reach a certain milestone and of course i'd celebrate but i won't let my over confidence side take over me, because over confidence is just you being cocky and not actually know how to make a decision based of yourself instead of your emotions guiding you to make your choices.
