Yeah, Instagram is basically the Witch King of Angmar. Always hunting for those that carry the ring. But you will defeat him.

Sorry about the positive covid test. Rest up and lots of vitamin C , D, and fluids. Try to get occupied with a hobby or something to keep your mind occupied while you self-isolate. Good luck!

very common bro. insomnia is a by-product of addictions (unbalanced dopamine) and it´s also a withdrawal symphom. try to have a good sleep hygiene and stay away from any form of lust. Keep going, you´re doing great!!! :)

i find that doing sex in the first periods of reboot causes me withdrawal effects (fatigue, irritation, brain fog...), and it also causes chaser effect. so in this streak i´m trying to be "no PMO" the first 90 days, and then go to "no PM".

never made it before 90 days without sex, but so far i´m feeling confident that i will make it this time :)

sorry to hear bro, i hope you get well :).

if you preserve your semen that´s a protection for the body, since semen release depletes a lot of energy from the body, and you need your defenses high against the covid.

Keep fighting against the PMO ring brother, 7 days to become a hobbit, and that´s when the fun starts ;)

A huge wave of support to our brother @kingkhan21 which is facing a hard time now. Rise my brother, you can do it!!!!!

When we engage in a great change in our life and don´t see immediate effects, we may feel hopeless and despair. Here´s "atomic habits" on that issue, page 22 ;)

Have a great day mighty Fellowship!!!! :) Onward!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    "WHAT PROGRESS IS REALLY LIKE

Imagine that you have an ice cube sitting on the table in front of
you. The room is cold and you can see your breath. It is currently
twenty-five degrees. Ever so slowly, the room begins to heat up.

    Twenty-six degrees.
    Twenty-seven.
    Twenty-eight.
The ice cube is still sitting on the table in front of you.
    Twenty-nine degrees.
    Thirty.
    Thirty-one.

    Still, nothing has happened.

Then, thirty-two degrees. The ice begins to melt. A one-degree
shift, seemingly no different from the temperature increases before
it, has unlocked a huge change.

Breakthrough moments are often the result of many previous
actions, which build up the potential required to unleash a major
change. This pattern shows up everywhere. Cancer spends 80
percent of its life undetectable, then takes over the body in months.
Bamboo can barely be seen for the first five years as it builds
extensive root systems underground before exploding ninety feet
into the air within six weeks.

Similarly, habits often appear to make no difference until you
cross a critical threshold and unlock a new level of performance. In
the early and middle stages of any quest, there is often a Valley of
Disappointment. You expect to make progress in a linear fashion
and it’s frustrating how ineffective changes can seem during the first
days, weeks, and even months. It doesn’t feel like you are going
anywhere. It’s a hallmark of any compounding process: the most
    powerful outcomes are delayed.

This is one of the core reasons why it is so hard to build habits
that last. People make a few small changes, fail to see a tangible
result, and decide to stop. You think, “I’ve been running every day
for a month, so why can’t I see any change in my body?” Once this
kind of thinking takes over, it’s easy to let good habits fall by the
wayside. But in order to make a meaningful difference, habits need
to persist long enough to break through this plateau—what I call the
    Plateau of Latent Potential.

If you find yourself struggling to build a good habit or break a
bad one, it is not because you have lost your ability to improve. It is
often because you have not yet crossed the Plateau of Latent
Potential. Complaining about not achieving success despite working
hard is like complaining about an ice cube not melting when you
heated it from twenty-five to thirty-one degrees. Your work was not
wasted; it is just being stored. All the action happens at thirty-two
    degrees.

When you finally break through the Plateau of Latent Potential,
people will call it an overnight success. The outside world only sees
the most dramatic event rather than all that preceded it. But you
know that it’s the work you did long ago—when it seemed that you
weren’t making any progress—that makes the jump today possible."

    Day 9.

I´m having a good days, with an interesting work and a good time with my family and friends. I hope that it last. And it is something good where to stay avoiding PMO: Who prefers watching P in a dark room over going with their friends? If we want to get rid of PM, not only we must stop doing bad things, we must try to multiplie the good things we do.
St. Agnes of Rome, pray for us.

    Day 0
I think I just love being an orc :D
I could not take all the credit for relapsing. I've watched a video about how our body reacts when we masturbate and nofap. He who is a urologist says that according to the research, nofap increases our testosterone level at day 7-8, but after that this level drop back to normal. Briefly, he claims that nofap has nothing to do with testosterone level. Surprisingly, he claims that masturbating doesn't affect the testosterone level as well. According to the studies he shows, after 30 minutes of masturbation, everything goes back to normal. I didn't believe the video of course, because I have been observing my body for at least 2 years and I know that masturbation changes my mood, my thinking system not for a couple of hours, for a couple of days. But the part of my brain where wants the dopamine through p*rn believed it, and it used the video as an excuse. Now I'm in a bad mood, I can't think clearly, I couldn't remember the things that I've studied, which I normally remembered them easily yesterday. If our emotions belong to our hormones, and I feel different before doing masturbation, masturbation has to mess my hormones up right?
What can i say? I'm gonna try again. I wont give up.
